He has to be up each morning at nine o'clock and knows that his body will need a good eight hours of sleep. Whenever possible this guy with a very hot muscular body finds his way into a nice gymnasium. He is not there to socialize since he takes his workout routine very seriously. There are plenty of weights for him to lift and a nice track to run around on. The instructor at this place also has a cardio class that is attended by all clients.
He never eats ice cream or other dairy products that will put a bulge in his stomach. His eating habits are always the same each and every night. When it turns six o'clock the handsome male puts down his dinner tray and refuses to eat any other heavy food item. His regular diet always consists of vegetables and other healthy foods.
While visiting the busy beach this guy takes a nice big umbrella to plant within the sand. The umbrella will block the sun from his view while he is relaxing. He never forgets his sun screen at this specific location. Unlike many people he knows the dangers of skin cancer.
The gentleman in question does not believe in sleeping with every beautiful person that comes around. Many people in society have a bad habit of taking any stranger home to sleep with. This is a bad idea since the world is filled with people who carry an STD or another deadly disease. He has not made it this far in life by being dumb.
People that are half of eighty years old know that the world is filled with young human beings who are very hip. This is one reason why this guy will always have friends and associates who are a few years younger than him. Music is also very important to the person who is trying to keep up with the changing times in society.
