So what is it? It's not necessary to know the emotional causes of early ejaculation prior to curing it. But, for completeness, the main precipitating factor is performance anxiety. Magazines and TV give rise to unrealistic pressures on us about sex between men and women that will never mirror the hard realities of lovemaking for normal people. Unfortunately, most men feel that they should achieve the silly standards of romance promoted in porn sites and other media outlets.
It's astounding to hear that as far back as the nineteen fifties when Kinsey did his pioneering investigations into human sexuality he proved that nearly eight in ten men ejaculated in the first four minutes of intercourse. And astoundingly little of note has changed since then. A University research project revealed that as recently as 2002 nearly all adult men come in less than 4 minutes of lovemaking starting. That can never please a woman who wants to enjoy longer lovemaking. When he's ejaculated, usually a man will not want lovemaking to continue and therefore the pleasure of lovemaking usually stops, if only till he can resume. The point is, his lover has not been sexually fulfilled and emotionally satisfied: she has not attained orgasmic release.
A number of techniques have been developed to increase male staying power and treat quick ejaculation simply. The tricks explained in this piece include: pelvic muscle control, breathing techniques, the stop-start method of lovemaking, and benzocaine condoms for desensitizing the penis.
The muscle control technique is aimed at getting deliberate delay of ejaculation through contraction of the pelvic musculature. This technique requires you to know about what your PC muscle does. It is located between the end of the spine and along the perineum. You can generally find the PC muscle by pausing your flow of urine. The muscle you squeeze to stop urine flow is the relevant muscle. Next you can improve its fitness by rhythmically contracting it. Forty flexes four times per day should be adequate to massively improve the muscle. After conditioning the muscle, you should be ready to resist your ejaculation. Whenever you experience bodily sensations warning you that you're going to reach orgasm during sex then you can briefly squeeze the muscle for as long as it takes until you feel less excited. You can then resume enjoying sex and repeat this as often as may be necessary. Isn't that easy? A straightforward tip for making love last longer.
Breathing to overcome early climax may be simplified as follows: if excitement starts to amp up a man respires quicker. The alteration in breathing rate often produces a tensing of the muscles and this speeds up his sexual tipping point. Slow breathing can be a method of slowing down increase in sexual arousal. The way it works: during sexual intercourse, breath consciously so as to release all muscular tension which which begins to develop. Research experiments have indisputably demonstrated that may men cannot consciously control orgasm because of bodily tensions. Preventing these forces will therefore greatly improve the period of lovemaking prior to orgasm.
Masters and Johnson's stop-start technique begins with masturbation to the point of ejaculatory inevitability, when you stop all stimulation. When you feel the impulses of impending climax have dissipated, you may resume sexual stimulation once more. Cease again at the point you believe you are reaching climax. This trick of pausing and then resuming is tried regularly until you develop pretty good control. The strategy should then be used during sexual intercourse - with surprisingly little effort you will very soon have adequate control of prematurity.
Another technique is to use anesthetic spray. The idea is that when you diminish the sensory input while having intercourse you will last several minutes more if compared to your endurance without. By all means investigate these devices to male endurance and they might aid you. But do be aware that lots of disquieting side-effects will occur. Not least are reddening and soreness, zero feeling, loss of erection and failure to reach orgasm.
